New section Leisure and events
A new section called Leisure and events was published, providing guidance to tourism attractions and places worth visiting during the week to spend your free time. Details for social dinner and visit underground are being posted on the same section. Students will also be informed on site.

Shuttle bus timetable and final bulletin
The timetable of shuttle bus form hotels was published on section Travel and accomodation. Final bulletin was sent to all confirmed and registered participants, also providing instructions on coding sessions.

The deadline for final registration has been extended until June 10, 2022.

Final registration process
A proper web form has been sent via email to pre-registered students in order to finalize registration and payment of the fee. Deadline is May 26, 2022.

A few updates
All pre-registered students will receive link to a web form and instructions on how to finalize registration and pay the fee.
Further information are available on section “Fee and admittance policy”.
Due to the current increase in price of many services, in particular transportation, we had to raise the fee to 250 euro per person.
The fee will include:
– admission to all lectures;
– visit to underground laboratory;
– coffee breaks and lunches;
– the social dinner;
– daily shuttle bus from hotels to LNGS/GSSI.
On section “Travel and Accommodation” a list of hotels affiliated with the school is available. We pre-booked rooms with agreed rates. We underline that you will have to autonomously provide to the hotel booking, contacting directly the hotel, and to the payment for your accommodation. We strongly suggest to procede as soon as possible with booking the rooms, since there may be shortage in availability in the next weeks due to other events planned in L’Aquila.
The organization will provide a shuttle service from the listed hotels to the school venues.
